Our expertise in both studio & event photography, will showcase the night as the glamorous event it is intended to be and capture memories for your students to treasure for years to come!

Option 1

Two photographers will attend the event for free! We will arrive in time to see
students arriving in their limos/cars in order to capture their initial excitement
and stay until the close of the event, depending on your schedule for the evening

• We will provide a neutral backdrop and lighting to capture classic formal shots.
• We will also use reportage/journalistic style photography in and around the venue
  to capture natural images from afar and close up.
• We will provide a themed webpage, with a timetable of the nights events/guests
  etc. Images taken will then be uploaded to a flash gallery and linked to the
  webpage for the students to view.
• The students will be offered a package for £15 to include a CD of Images from the night presented in a jewel case & 4 page booklet and 2 x A4 prints of their choice
• Additional prints are priced at £2.50 each

The school can take orders on a supplied order form, upon which will be a cut off
date for ordering. Once you have all your orders in we can print both the prints
and CD's and on completion provide them to the school for collection.

Option 2:

Kreations will provide 2 photographers. We will arrive in time to see
students arriving in their limos/cars in order to capture their initial excitement
and stay until the close of the event, depending on your schedule for the evening

• We will provide a neutral backdrop and lighting to capture classic formal shots.
• We will also use reportage/journalistic style photography in and around the
  venue to capture natural images from afar and close up.
• We will provide a webpage. Images taken will then be uploaded to a flash
  gallery and linked to the webpage for the students to view.
• Students will each receive a CD of Images from the night presented in a jewl
  case & 4 page booklet and a voucher to claim an A4 print of their choice.
• A flat fee is charged to the school at the following rates:
  Up to 100 disks - £1200 (£12 each)
  Up to 125 disks - £1250 (£10 each)
  Up to 150 disks - £1350 (£9 each)
  Up to 200 disks - £1600 (£8 each)

• If additional prints are required, students can order these through Kreations at
  the following cost:
  1 x A4 print - £4
  2 x A4 print - £7
  3 x A4 print - £10
